Golf might not be the most demanding sport in the world, but the majority of courses play between 6,500 and 7,500 yards.
Throw in the fact you've probably walked double that while looking for your golf ball every other hole - and you've probably also sprinted back to the tee a couple of times - and it's fair to say you've covered some ground out there. On average, golfers walk up to six miles in an 18-hole round.
When you look at the guys on Tour today, the majority of them spend a third of their week in the gym in between practice and playing time. Fitness and golf very much go hand in hand in 2018.
And to think some people say golf isn't a sport. Pfft.
