With the PGA Tour now back in action after its 91 day absence, when it came to a halt after the opening round of the Players Championship, life on tour is a little different than usual.

Players are tested for the coronavirus multiple time to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, so Ian Poulter decided to show everyone on Twitter just how uncomfortable being tested for the virus is. Check out Poulter being tested in the video below:

Of course, in the grand scheme of things with everything that's going on and what some people are going through due to COVID-19, the test isn't too bad and it's there to keep everyone safe, but let's be honest, it looks seriously uncomfortable.

Players on the PGA Tour are tested before they get on a plane to take them to the next tournament and then they endure another upon arrival. Once their results have shown they are not carrying the coronavirus, they are able to use more facilities on site.

Temperatures are also taken regularly throughout the tournament to make sure that players don't pick up the virus during their stay, which is unlikely as everyone on site would have been tested, but these safety measures must be taken.

Poulter made his return to the PGA Tour at the Charles Schwab Challenge last week, finishing in T29 at 7-under par and will be looking to improve on that as he plays in the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town.

The video of Poulter having a coronavirus test quickly spread on Twitter, with over 1700 retweets and 10,000 likes. Hundreds of people commented on the tweet, so check out some of the replies below, or click the original video to see more.
