England's Marco Penge led the list of DP World Tour players who earned PGA Tour cards for the 2026 campaign.

The 27-year-old Englishman has had an incredible breakout season on the European-based circuit, winning three times overall.

Victories in China, Denmark and Spain saw Penge finish second to Rory McIlroy in the Race to Dubai standings after the conclusion of the DP World Tour Championship.

Penge was already assured of a PGA Tour card before he teed off in the $10m finale and he has already been house hunting in Florida.

But now we know the nine other professional golfers who will have duel playing rights in 2025/2026.

Former LIV Golf recruit Laurie Canter has also earned his first PGA Tour card.

Canter was in the field for the first ever LIV Golf event and at times has filled in on the PIF-backed breakaway as a reserve.

He very nearly earned a full-time spot with LIV in 2023 but lost in a play-off and since then has been making his way up the rankings on the DP World Tour.

In March, he became the first LIV Golf-affiliated player to tee it up on the PGA Tour since the schism in men's professional golf began.

Canter qualified for the coveted Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass by virtue of his world ranking.

Now he has the potential to qualify for more major championships and signature events.

Elsewhere, the likes of Jordan Smith will also be delighted.

Smith was the bubble boy last year, finishing 11th in the rankings to Tom McKibbin

McKibbin ultimately decided to join LIV Golf and many felt it was unfair that Smith wasn't handed a PGA Tour card in the circumstances.

His performance at the DP World Tour Championship saw him squeak in.

Canter, Smith and Penge will be joined on the PGA Tour in 2025/2026 by Kristoffer Reitan, Adrien Saddier, Alex Noren, John Parry, Haotong Li, Keita Nakajima and Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen.

What is the 10 cards initiative?

At the end of the DP World Tour season, the top 10 players in the Race to Dubai rankings, who do not already have status on the PGA Tour, earn cards for the following campaign.

The initiative was first introduced in 2022 as part of the two tours' strategic alliance.

It has faced criticism, with some current and former golfers expressing confusion as to why the European-based circuit would essentially "give away" their top talent.

Former European Tour chief executive Keith Pelley stressed before his departure that the circuit was merely formalising a pathway that has always existed.
