Rumour: PGA Tour star linked with shock move to LIV Golf in 2026
The latest PGA Tour name to be linked with a move to LIV Golf in 2026.
Max Greyserman has emerged as the latest PGA Tour player to be linked with a surprise switch to LIV Golf, with rumours suggesting the American could join the breakaway league in 2026 on a lucrative deal.
The speculation, which remains unconfirmed, surfaced on social media via popular golf account Flushing It, run by Tom Hobbs. No official approach or agreement has been announced by Greyserman, LIV Golf or the PGA Tour.
Flushing It wrote on X (formerly Twitter): "Sources indicate that LIV Golf have also made an 8 figure offer to sign 30 year old American, Max Greyserman, to the league ahead of the new season to potentially replace Ben Campbell on Range Goats GC. Max is currently ranked 32nd on the OWGR, but has never won on the PGA Tour.
"It is unclear whether a deal has been agreed at this stage, but it’s a good example of the kind of money being offered to sign players ranked inside the top 50 of the world."

Greyserman, 30, is currently ranked 32nd in the Official World Golf Ranking, a position that secures him an invitation to The Masters in April.
While he is still searching for his maiden PGA Tour victory, he has been a consistent contender over the past two seasons, most recently finishing solo second at the Baycurrent Classic in October.
The American has played in six major championships and competed in all four majors in 2025. His best result this season was a tied 23rd finish at the US Open, while his strongest major showing came with a tied 21st at the 2024 US Open.
According to Flushing It, Greyserman is being lined up by Bubba Watson’s RangeGoats GC for the 2026 LIV Golf season.
The proposed deal is reportedly worth eight figures and would see Greyserman replace Ben Campbell on the team.
Watson’s current line-up includes himself as captain alongside Peter Uihlein, Matt Wolff and Campbell.
Greyserman ranks 320th on the PGA Tour career earnings list, having earned just over $8 million to date.
Si Woo Kim shuts down LIV Golf rumours
Elsewhere, Si Woo Kim has moved to shut down rumours linking him with LIV Golf.
The former Players Championship winner confirmed via his Instagram Story that he will remain on the PGA Tour in 2026.

With LIV Golf’s 2026 season set to begin in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in early February, attention now turns to whether the league can tempt more established PGA Tour players to make the jump.
