Bryson DeChambeau dating rumours intensify after Mikayla Demaiter LIV Golf appearance

Bryson DeChambeau has found himself at the centre of a different kind of speculation away from the golf course, with social media rumours suggesting the two-time U.S. Open champion is dating Canadian model and former hockey goalkeeper Mikayla Demaiter.

Neither the Crushers GC captain nor Demaiter has publicly confirmed that they are in a relationship, so the claims remain speculation.

However, a series of strong links between DeChambeau and Demaiter has caught the attention of golf fans in recent weeks. 

Speculation has intensified ever since last week's LIV Golf New York at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, where Demaiter was seen with a LIV Golf guest pass around her neck, while a Crushers GC cap could also be spotted in the background of one of her hotel-room posts (see below), adding further fuel to the rumours.

DeChambeau and Demaiter also follow one another on Instagram.

The combination of Demaiter's recent LIV Golf presence, her apparent connection to Crushers GC and a number of social media posts has prompted growing interest among DeChambeau's sizeable online following.

Who is Bryson DeChambeau's apparent girlfriend Mikayla Demaiter?

Demaiter is Canadian and previously played ice hockey as a goalkeeper before becoming a model and social media personality.

She has built a huge online following, with around 3 million Instagram followers, while DeChambeau has 4.6 million.

Demaiter also carries a massive following on both X and TikTok where she regularly posts content, and she also has her own website. 

With Demaiter seemingly following her man's every move at Bedminster, the two-time U.S. Open champion endured a disappointing individual performance at LIV Golf New York with a tie for 38th, but he bounced back with an improved weekend display to help the Crushers win the team event. 

DeChambeau won twice early on in the LIV Golf season in Singapore and South Africa, but those remain his only victories of 2026. 

The American's major campaign was considerably less successful though, with missed cuts at The Masters, PGA Championship and U.S. Open before a controversial tied 14th finish at The Open where he was docked two shots for apparently improving his stance in the rough during the second round. 

Away from tournament golf, DeChambeau remains one of the sport's biggest social media stars thanks to the enormous popularity of his YouTube channel.

DeChambeau's future on LIV Golf is also attracting plenty of attention. The league has apparently secured new investment ahead of 2027 after the Saudi Public Investment Fund's backing reached an end, while DeChambeau has played an important role in discussions over the breakaway circuit's future.

For now, though, the biggest unanswered question is considerably more personal.
