Niemann finishes with a birdie on 18 to card a brilliant round of 8-under 63.
The Torque GC captain will take a commanding six-shot lead into the final round of LIV Golf UK.
He's 14-under par for 36 holes.
Niemann is going in search of a fifth win in 11 events on the season and a record seventh overall, which would be two more than anyone else on the league.
The Chilean is also cruising towards a first Individual Championship on LIV Golf with just two more counting events of the regular season remaining after this week.

He drove way left and then missed a 20 footer for birdie.
It's a safe par though and he's just the 7-under thru 12 holes.

He then buried the 20 footer into the heart for a seventh birdie of the round.

Niemann drills a 15 footer into the cup for a sixth birdie of the round and he's now surged into a commanding four-shot lead.
The Chilean is moving serenely to a record seventh LIV Golf title.
His Torque GC is also leading by two shots in the team event.
Niemann is also on the cusp of winning his first Individual Championship on LIV Golf.
He's won four times already this season and a fifth looks very much on the cards.

Westwood sinks a birdie in front of his very own Majesticks Arms to move back to 7-under par.

He's just tapped in for birdie on the lengthy par-4 7th to move to 8-under par in solo second.

He's just made a third straight birdie on the par-5 3rd to pull level with Westwood, who is an incredible 4-under thru three holes.
The duo have put a bit of daylight between themselves now with a two-shot cushion over Ortiz, Watson and Grace.
