BMW Championship tee times 2026: Round 3 at Bellerive Country Club as Wyndham Clark leads

The BMW Championship continues this weekend.

After 36 holes of the second leg of the PGA Tour's playoffs, America's Wyndham Clark has a one-shot lead. 

Clark went round Bellerive Country Club in a bogey-free 6-under 64 on Friday to reach 12-under, one clear of his compatriot Gary Woodland. 

A host of big names are inside the top 10, including Masters champion Rory McIlroy, Patrick Cantlay and Collin Morikawa. 

Chris Gotterup, Sungjae Im and JJ Spaun are also nicely positioned. 

World number one Scottie Scheffler began the $20m tournament in poor fashion, carding a 2-over 72 in round one, but bounced back on Friday with a 5-under 65 to reach 3-under. 

Scheffler, who claimed only his second win of the season last week at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, told reporters he has been feeling under the weather this week but is hopeful he can climb the leaderboard on moving day. 

"I wasn't feeling a hundred percent yesterday," said Scheffler. "Still not feeling a hundred percent today. So I'll go home, get some rest."

He added: "I'm not where I would like to be. But, yeah, I'll probably have to have four nines like I did on the back nine today and that will give me a chance to win. 

"So hopefully [I] do more what did I on the back [today] over the course of the next 36."

As for Clark, the player of the year candidate is looking for his third victory of the season having triumphed at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson and the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills. 

The third round of the BMW Championship begins at 7:06am CDT (14:06 GMT+1).
