PGA Tour golfer calls penalty on himself during round two of Valspar Championship
England's Matt Wallace called a penalty on himself during the second round of the Valspar Championship.

PGA Tour pro Matt Wallace suggested a healthy dose of good karma helped him make the weekend at the Valspar Championship.
The Englishman began the day on two over, one shot outside the projected 36-hole cut.
A birdie on his second hole of the day followed by seven consecutive pars gave the 35-year-old a cushion of one stroke.
But his round took an intriguing turn at the par-five 11th, where he called a penalty on himself.
His tee shot ended up in the pine straw and he accidentally caused his golf ball to move upon address before his second.
Wallace said it wasn't immediately clear if he caused it to move but "it definitely did" so he sought the advice from a rules official.
He called the penalty on himself but managed to advance his golf ball to the side of the green before chipping on and saving par.
On the back nine, Wallace converted birdie putts on 14, 15 and 17 to reach one under and comfortably make the cut.
Wallace later told reporters he was warned by his caddie to be careful over his second shot on the 11th hole.
He has never caused his golf ball to move in a professional event, he said, and "didn't really think about it".
"Didn't know whether it was in the action of my swing or anything, but I definitely touched it, and then the ball moved from that," he said.
"So I had to replace it. And yeah, I didn't think it was going to go ... didn't think I would be standing here making the cut after that.
"But a good bit of karma and managed to make some birdies coming in."
Wallace said his caddie Jamie did a great job in the moment, urging him to "go and make an amazing par."
It was likely the first time something like this ever happened, Wallace added.
"I was thinking back after, from the time I did it to walking to the next shot, I was like, has that ever happened?" he said.
"I don't think it's ever happened.
"I just asked a few people around, like saying ... obviously I thought some people would see that, and nobody saw it.
"So, yeah, maybe a bit of good karma coming my way."
South Korea's Sungjae Im has a one-shot lead after 36 holes.
Matthew Fitzpatrick, Brooks Koepka and Marco Penge are among the notables inside the top 10.
Wyndham Clark, Max Homa and last year's Valspar champion, Viktor Hovland, were among those to miss the cut.
