Scottie Scheffler prize money 2025: How much cash has the four-time major champ earned?
Scottie Scheffler prize money 2025: Check out how much the four-time major winner has earned per shot this year on the PGA Tour.
Scottie Scheffler obliterated the 2025 PGA Tour season.
The world number one was forced to begin his campaign late after suffering a freak injury whilst making ravioli over the Christmas period.
But when he returned he won a ridiculous six times, including two major championships, and was crowned the player of the year.
It comes as absolutely no surprise that Scheffler was a money machine because of his absurd level of play.
GolfMagic has decided to break down Scheffler's 2025 on-course earnings in this article.
Beginning of the season
Scheffler was forced to begin his season in February at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am after he suffered a deep cut to his right hand.
When he returned at the second signature event of the campaign, he showed little sign of rust and finished in a share of ninth.
That saw Scheffler bank $535,000 in prize money alone and, by the time he had participated in his fourth tournament of the season, had already collected his first seven-figure score.
A third place finish at the Genesis Invitational, hosted by Tiger Woods, saw Scheffler collect a cheque for $1.2m.
Major championship season
By the time American pitched up to the 2025 Masters, the American had already picked up $3,503,697 in prize money alone.
Scheffler put up a decent defence of his green jacket but ended up placing the iconic blazer on Rory McIlroy's shoulders.
A tie for fourth at Augusta National saw Scheffler collect a further $1,008,000.
Scheffler produced another top-10 finish a week later at the RBC Heritage, earning $580,000, before he earned his first win of the campaign.
By winning the CJ Cup Byron Nelson, Scheffler added $1,782,000 to his bank account.
He was the red-hot favourite heading into the PGA Championship at Valhalla and cantered to victory after Jon Rahm crumbled like a pack of cards down the stretch.
Scheffler's first Wanamaker Trophy earned him an eye-watering $3,420,000.
He decided to warm-up for the third men's major, the U.S. Open at Oakmont, by playing the Memorial Tournament.
Ben Griffin put up a spirited challenge against Scheffler, but the 29-year-old prevailed again - earning $4m.
America's J.J. Spaun was crowned the unlikely winner of the U.S. Open but Scheffler produced another top-10, earning $615,000.
In July, Scheffler won his first ever Open Championship title at Royal Portrush. The victory means he is only now one leg away from completing the career grand slam.
The R&A decided not to up the prize purse for the final men's major of the year, but Scheffler still collected a whopping $3.1m.
PGA Tour play-offs
In 2025, the PGA Tour decided how to restructure how the $100m FedEx Cup bonus pool is paid out.
Instead of one big payday for the champion ($25m), the money is now split across three stages.
Scheffler was top of the points standings before the playoffs began at the St. Jude Championship and therefore banked $15m.
He also won the second leg of the playoffs, the BMW Championship, earning a further $3.6m.
But he did not win the finale and finished in a share of fourth place.
Scheffler's season did not end there, though. He warmed up for the Ryder Cup with victory at the Procore Championship.
GolfMagic has listed all Scheffler's payout information from the 2024/2025 PGA Tour season below.
A total of $50,897,050 means Scheffler has come up short of surpassing the $76.3m he earned in the year prior.
But we're going to guess that he isn't complaining...
