Geoff Ogilvy's Internationals take a surprise three-point lead into Sunday's decisive singles, putting themselves within touching distance of a historic first victory on American soil.
It is the first time in Presidents Cup history that the Internationals have held a lead going into Sunday when the event has been played in the United States.
The visitors lead 10.5-7.5 heading into the 12 singles matches and are bidding to claim their first Presidents Cup victory since Royal Melbourne in 1998.
A win would also be just the second Presidents Cup triumph in the Internationals' history.
The winning team needs to reach 15.5 points to lift the trophy, meaning the Internationals require five points from Sunday's 12 matches to seal the win.
The United States, meanwhile, are facing a major fightback.
Brandt Snedeker's team arrived at Medinah as heavy favourites and are bidding to win the Presidents Cup for an 11th consecutive time and 14th time overall.
But the Americans have it all to do after falling three points behind heading into the final day.
The singles get underway with Ryo Hisatsune taking on Cameron Young in the opening match, before 11 more contests take place throughout the afternoon.

Air Force One has just flown over Medinah as U.S. President Donald Trump prepares to arrive for the final day of the Presidents Cup.
Trump is expected to deliver a 15-minute speech on the 1st tee before the singles matches get underway at just after midday local time.
