Martin Kaymer - 22/1
Martin Kaymer has struggled to find consistent form on the European and PGA Tours in recent years, but in 2021 he looks to have discovered some of his best golf.
He finished second behind Viktor Hovland at the BMW International Open last week and third at the Austrian Open in April. With a top-30 finish at the US Open too, the experienced German is on the comeback trail and could go very well in Kilkenny this week.
Andy Sullivan - 35/1
English players have a very good record in the Irish Open and Andy Sullivan has contributed to this with his second-place finish to Jon Rahm in 2019.
The 35-year-old has finished tied fifth at the BMW International Open and tied 6th at the Betfred British Masters this season. He is a consistent European Tour performer who has notched up four wins in his career and we believe 35/1 is a great price for the Englishman.
Richard Bland - 70/1
It is hard to believe that bookies are still offering this sort of price for Richard Bland. Although he finished tied 50th at the US Open, he still held the 36-hole lead which is an incredible achievement and one that can't be overlooked.
He won the Betfred British Masters in May and finished tied third in the Made in HimmerLand two weeks later. The Englishman is in great form and at 70/1, this is a bet that is almost impossible to ignore.
