RANKED: The most searched UK golf brands on Google

Titleist is the No.1 most searched for UK golf brand on Google, according to online golf shop GolfSupport.com.

GolfSupport.com derived search engine data from analytics tool SEM rush to discover how many times a month on average Brits are searching online for 63 of the most popular golf brands.

Titleist - most famous for its Pro V1 golf ball franchise - topped the charts with 12,100 searches per month, which is the equivalent of 33 searches per day.

The equipment brand favoured by the likes of Jordan Spieth and Adam Scott leads the way by some margin when it comes to Google search, with Callaway, Motocaddy, Nike Golf, PowaKaddy and TaylorMade all tied for second on 8,100 - some 4,000 searches per month behind Titleist.

FootJoy and Galvin Green are next up with 6,600 online queries per month.

When it comes to sporting powerhouses, Under Armour come in with 4,400, adidas Golf take 2,900, Puma Golf have 1,600, and Skechers pick up 720.

Other interesting searches include Calvin Klein Golf (1,000), Ted Baker Golf (720), Ecco Golf (320), Lyle and Scott Golf (320) and Oakley Golf (320).

At the other end of the spectrum, Ocean Tee Golf, PuttOUT Golf, Rife Golf and SkyMax Golf are only each receiving a mere 10 Google searches a month on average.
