TaylorMade Qi4D vs Callaway Quantum driver: Which is the 2026 winner?
GolfMagic pits the two most-hyped drivers of the year together in a head-to-head battle to see which is worth your money.

It's hardly a surprise to be writing this, but once again it seems all but certain that the battle for supremacy in the best drivers conversation once again come down to two major players: TaylorMade and Callaway.
PING's excellent G440K not withstanding, the two biggest driver manufacturers in the market have once again dominated most of the conversation this launch season with the release of their new 2026 drivers. The TaylorMade Qi4D has been widely hailed as a return to form for the brand after its struggles with the Qi35, while the Quantum Max hit the market with some big promises, including a game-changing leap in ball speed and distance.
We've extensively tested both drivers and found them to be excellent clubs in their own right. But which comes out on top when tested head to head, and given the difference in price between the two, which is most deserving of your hard-earned money if you're in the market for a new big stick to start the season?
Thankfully, GolfMagic Equipment Editor Georgina Black was able to take both into the GolfMagic sim room to test them against each other comprehensively. You can check out our full thoughts, and the final result, in the video above.
