GolfMagic’s Instagram following has topped the 10,000 followers mark to unlock previously hidden features in Instagram’s Snapchat rival – Instagram Stories.
Now able to add outbound links to articles so users can swipe up and be redirected to relevant landing pages, GolfMagic can better promote its content and branded partnerships to its audience.
And with more than 200 million people using Instagram Stories every day, and related Stories featuring at the top of Hashtag search feeds, GolfMagic sees the channel as the perfect way to further grow its rapidly growing 18-35-year-old audience.
GolfMagic Editor Andy Roberts said: “GolfMagic is all about bringing younger people to the game and for us to properly connect with them we need to have a large presence on the channels most popular with 18-35-year-olds.

Along with Instagram Stories GolfMagic is making good use of IGTV, Instagram’s first take on longer-form video and a direct competitor to YouTube which launched last week, promoting new video content series such as GolfMagic Style and its revamped golf equipment tests.
The UK-based website has become the number one destination for millennial golfers with a rapidly growing social media footprint of more than 160,000 followers.
