Irish golf punter wins just shy of €11,000 off outrageous €10 golf bet
What a great golf bet this was last weekend!
Golf betting is hard enough to just pick one winner in a field of 100+ players. How about picking two winners in the same week?!
That's exactly what an Irish punter did last weekend prior to the start of the WGC-HSBC Champions and Sanderson Farms Championship.
The man placed a €10 double on Xander Schauffele and Cameron Champ both to win their respective tournaments.
Schauffele prevailed in a playoff against Tony Finau in China to put win number on the board for the Irishman, before Champ sealed the deal with a four-stroke victory later in the day to turn a €10 wager into €10,950!
