Tiger Woods’ latest PopStroke project is set to bring a very different kind of mini-golf experience to Orlando, with the new International Drive venue promising waterfalls, a cave, sharks and two spectacular 18-hole courses.

Woods' co-designed flagship venue is scheduled to open in December, just one month before the golf industry descends on Orlando for the 2027 PGA Show.

PopStroke is a hospitality-focused golf entertainment brand founded by Greg Bartoli, combining miniature golf with chef-driven dining, bars, events and social spaces.

Headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and Dallas, Texas, the company is backed by 15-time major champion Woods and TaylorMade and now operates more than 20 venues across the United States.

The new Orlando venue at 8554 International Drive looks set to be its most ambitious yet.

The two 18-hole putting courses have been designed around an extensive river system that winds through the property, passing beneath pedestrian bridges and cascading over waterfalls reaching up to 13 feet high.

One course gradually climbs in elevation, with several holes built directly above the property's largest waterfall.

Smaller waterfalls are incorporated throughout both layouts, while a cave at the centre of the venue provides another unusual twist.

Guests will even putt alongside a tank containing six sharks and stingrays.

The experience has also been designed with Orlando's warm climate in mind.

Every hole features misters, shade trees and fans, while digital scoreboards, hole-in-one cameras and app-based scoring add a modern element.

Players will also be able to order food and drinks through the PopStroke app, with drinks delivered directly to them on the course.

Beyond the greens, the two-storey venue will feature indoor and outdoor dining, a rooftop terrace overlooking the courses, a beer garden and a children's playground.

BarTenders Eatery will anchor the food and beverage offering, with a chef-driven menu, an ice cream parlour and five bars, including a walk-up bar on the course.

“From the moment you step onto the course, every turn will deliver a wow moment,” said Bartoli, PopStroke's founder and CEO.

The choice of International Drive is no coincidence.

Orlando attracted a record 76.7 million visitors in 2025, while the new PopStroke sits next to the Orange County Convention Center, one of the world's busiest convention venues.

The flagship has therefore been purpose-built for both tourists and convention visitors, with multiple event spaces, five bars and full-venue buyout options. PopStroke is already accepting enquiries for corporate and group events in 2027.

For former World No.1 Woods, the project represents another step in expanding golf's appeal beyond the traditional course.

And if the first look is anything to go by, this will be a long way from your average game of mini golf.
