Brian Harman claimed the 2023 Open Championship at Royal Liverpool. This is how much the American and others won at Hoylake.
The 151st Open Championship at Royal Liverpool had a total prize purse of $16m.
That means winner Brian Harman scooped the lion's share, taking home a mind-boggling $3m.
The R&A announced an increase to the prize purse on 12 July. In total, the purse was raised by 18 per cent from last year.
Cameron Smith scooped a total of $2.5m for winning the landmark 150th Open at St. Andrews last July.
