Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka will battle each other in the fifth edition of 'The Match' in Las Vegas on Friday November 26.
DeChambeau and Koepka have been locked in a war of words the past couple of seasons on the PGA Tour, fuelled further earlier this season when Koepka rolled his eyes as DeChambeau walked past him during a post-round interview at the US PGA Championship.
The pair appeared to settle their differences at the Ryder Cup two weeks ago though, as they teamed up to help United States thrash Europe by a record 19-9 scoreline at Whistling Straits.
DeChambeau and Koepka did not play together in the foursomes or fourballs, but they did exchange a hug in the post-Ryder Cup press conference, and they were also seen shaking hands on the range several times during the week.
The match between DeChambeau and Koepka will be played over 12 holes in Las Vegas, and it will be presented by Capital One and it will be screened on TNT.
DeChambeau took to his Instagram to reveal the news this evening, and the match will take place the day after Thanksgiving at The Wynn Golf Club.
Both players will be mic'd up for the cameras, just like previous Match battles.
The very first Match saw Phil Mickelson defeat Tiger Woods in a playoff back in 2018.
'Match 2: Champions for Charity' saw Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning defeat Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady.
Charles Barkley and Mickeslon won Match 3 together when beating Peyton Manning and Steph Curry, shortly before Bryson DeChambeau and Aaron Rodgers comfortably took down Mickelson and Brady in Match 4.
It is understood that Barkley and Ernie Johnson will be in the commentary box for the DeChambeau vs Koepka match.
Mickelson has been involved in all previous matches, so we await to see if he has any part to play in Match 5.
