In-form Lucas Glover has revealed an interesting conversation he had this season with England's Matt Wallace about his putting.

Glover's problems with the flatstick are well-documented and we now know an ex-Navy SEAL helped the American overcome the yips.

The 43-year-old now looks like he simply cannot miss with the L.A.B. Mezz.1 Max.

GolfMagic's Alex Lodge recently tested out the L.A.B. Golf Link.1 Putter

There is absolutely no denying the turnaround from Glover has been remarkable.

Having won back-to-back PGA Tour events he is now firmly in the Ryder Cup conversation.

Lucas Glover on Matt Wallace comment:

Glover is back in action this week and is one of 50 players in the field for the BMW Championship at Olympia Fields.

He was asked about the response he has received from his peers given his stellar form.

Do any comments stand out?

"Nothing really stands out," said Glover before he touched upon a conversation he had with the aforementioned Wallace.

Both players were in the same group over the first two days' play at the 3M Open in July at TPC Twin Cities.

Glover missed the cut and the 33-year-old Englishman went on to record a T-43 finish.

But it appears Wallace was still in awe of Glover's new putting stroke.

Glover explained:

"Nothing really stands out, but I think just a lot of guys that I've played with the last several years that unfortunately had to witness some of my difficulties on the greens, they've legitimately said they're happy for me, and it looks like I've kind of overcome it, which feels good.
"Matt Wallace at 3M, he just said, after we played the first two rounds together, he said, 'Man, I don't know what you did or how you did it', but he said, 'You look like a different person'.
"He said, 'I know you didn't make anything this week, but it looks great'. For somebody that's trying to beat my brains in to say that, that meant a lot.
"Matt and I aren't even that close. We're acquaintances for the most part. But for somebody to say that that I'm competing against was really cool, and it's just good to hear."

Watch:

Glover is one of a number of players who are jockeying for position to automatically qualify for the Ryder Cup.

GolfMagic has already taken a look at those in contention and ranked their chances of making it to the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Rome.
