Tiger Woods had an expletive-laden message when he was asked for his best golf tips for amateurs upon his return from ankle surgery

Woods was spotted on the range at Liberty National on 12 September and took part in a short clinic with fellow PGA Tour pros Will Zalatoris and Rickie Fowler.

It represented the first time we have seen the golfer hit some shots after he went under the knife again following his withdrawal from the 87th Masters.

Aside from being baffled by Fowler's putter, Woods was also asked to give some of his best advice for amateur hacks.

How many times has he been asked this question throughout his illustrious career?

In true Woods fashion, he offered some short and sharp advice. Rick Shiels, look away now!

While still walking with a noticeable limp, Woods seemed in good spirits during the range session, playfully juggling a golf ball between his legs as he answered questions alongside Zalatoris and Fowler.

Zalatoris is also on the comeback trail having been forced out of the majority of the 2022-2023 campaign with a back injury

Opting to trade out his traditional spiked golf shoes for a much comfier-looking pair of Nike trainers, Woods also had his right leg covered with what appeared to be a black compression sleeve.

While it doesn't look like Woods will be returning to competitive golf anytime soon, the fact that he's now making appearances on the range is a promising sign that we could one day see him tee it up alongside the pros in the future.
