Triceps dip - triceps

Welcome to the gun show. Probably the most sought after attribute golfers yearn is bulging arms. Apart from helping players fill out their golf shirts, big bi and triceps will increase club head speeds.


Sit on a flat bench. Put you palms down, and edge off the side, before lowering yourself until your arms are bent to a 90 degree angle – then return to the starting position. Repeat.
