Husqvarna has been announced as the new Title Partner of the British Masters, one of the most historic tournaments on the DP World Tour, in a multi-year agreement that begins in 2026.

The 2026 Husqvarna British Masters will be played at The Belfry, with the iconic Brabazon Course hosting the event. As part of the deal, Husqvarna also becomes the Official Robotic Mowing Partner of the DP World Tour, further strengthening its growing presence in elite professional golf.

A global leader in robotic lawnmowing and part of Husqvarna Group, the brand already supports course maintenance at more than 1,700 golf courses worldwide, using automation to deliver consistent, tournament-ready playing surfaces.

"Golf is the perfect stage to demonstrate the performance of Husqvarna’s robotic lawnmowers, already delivering world-class results at over 1,700 courses worldwide. This partnership marks a shared commitment to reinvent golf course maintenance for a new era", said Yvette Henshall-Bell, President Europe BU Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division, Husqvarna Group.

First staged in 1946, the British Masters boasts a rich roll of honour including Peter Thomson, Tony Jacklin, Bernhard Langer, Ian Woosnam, Seve Ballesteros, Sir Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie, with Alex Noren lifting the trophy at the 2025 edition.

Six-time major champion Sir Nick Faldo, himself a Husqvarna Brand Ambassador and former British Masters winner, will return as host of the tournament in 2026.

“As a former Champion, I take great pride in hosting this iconic tournament and it’s about to enter an exciting new era with this new partnership. I love Husqvarna’s products, and they will be out in full force at The Belfry next August to make sure the Brabazon Course is in perfect condition”, said Faldo.

Beyond the British Masters, Husqvarna’s expanded role on the DP World Tour sees the brand become an Official Marketing Partner for the 2026 season, following a successful partnership in 2025. The company will also act as Official Tournament Partner to the Amgen Irish Open, and Corporate Partner to the BMW International Open, KLM Open and FedEx Open de France.

Husqvarna will showcase its robotic mowing technology across DP World Tour channels throughout the season, while working closely with greenkeepers and course managers to deliver consistent playing conditions at the highest level.

The brand’s growing influence was highlighted recently at the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl, where 15 Husqvarna CEORA robotic mowers maintained all 18 fairways throughout the championship — the first time robotic mowers have been used to manage fairways during a major professional tournament.
