American rookie Ryggs Johnston claimed the biggest victory of his life at the 2024 ISPS Handa Australian Open.
The 24-year-old shot a final round of 68 to take the win by three shots.
Johnston, the World No. 953, managed to stay calm amid pressure from LIV Golf's Lucas Herbert, Curtis Luck and former PGA Tour pro Marc Leishman.
He told reporters that he didn't even have time to play a practice round ahead of the event.
The 2024 ISPS Handa Australian Open carried a total purse of €2m.
That means he picked up a cheque for €191,854,90.
