Just a month after Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake launched a new sports bar and indoor golf experience in New York, LIV Golf's Bryson DeChambeau has raised the stakes by launching an incredible Topgolf-style golf venue in Fort Worth, Texas.

According to Front Office Sports, the victorious 2023 LIV Golf Team Championship captain has unleashed plans for a new venue named 'UnderPar Life'.

The facility will feature two storeys, 42 hitting bays, a 500-yard driving range, a Tour-level short game area, an instructional academy, a fitness centre, three bars and a celebrity chef-led kitchen.

It will be located at Hawks Creek GC

DeChambeau reportedly signed for LIV Golf last year in a deal worth close to $150m

Take a closer look at some photos here:

D Magazine reports construction will begin before the end of the year and will take approximately 12-18 months to complete.

They are planning to open 30 locations across the nation.

DeChambeau told D Magazine:

"Expense is a barrier to most things in life.
"It is an unusually high barrier to experience the joy of golf. UnderPar Life at Hawks Creek is the first of many locations designed to redefine access to golf by reducing cost barriers.
"Our initiatives are geared toward making golf more affordable, approachable, and enjoyable for everyone.
"Our approach, partnering with municipally owned golf courses, removes significant financial obstacles and allows us to grow the community of golfers."

DeChambeau's plans come just four weeks after 15-time major champion Woods and pop music sensation Timberlake launched their new T-Squared Social Club in the heart of New York.

Woods and Timberlake have also confirmed plans for another venue at the Home of Golf, St Andrews, but proposals do not sit well with the locals.

The former World No.1 has been labelled "disrespectful and cheeky" by some St Andrews residents.

The facility is primed for the New Picture House Cinema on North Street, which is less than five minutes away from the Old Course at St Andrews.

Woods is also a partner of the Popstroke branch across eight different locations in the United States.

There are also plans for three more before the end of 2025.

PopStroke comprises two 18-hole putting courses, a full-service restaurant, bar, ice cream parlor, playground, and outdoor gaming.

Woods is expected to return to competitive action before the end of the year.

Some hope he will be able to return for the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas at the end of November, while others expect him to rock up with his son Charlie Woods at the PNC Championship just before Christmas.

DeChambeau lifted the 2023 LIV Golf Team Championship in Miami on Sunday as his Crushers GC, also comprising Anirban Lahiri, Paul Casey and Charles Howell III, ran out two-stroke victors in the season finale.
