Charley Hull forced to withdraw after twice collapsing at The Amundi Evian Championship
England's Charley Hull collapses multiple times after suffering with virus and then withdraws during the first round of the fourth ladies major of the season.

England's Charley Hull has been forced to withdraw from The Amundi Evian Championship after twice collapsing on the 4th tee.
Golf Channel reported how Hull, 29, had been suffering with a virus in the first round of the fourth LPGA major of the season at Evian Resort GC in the French Alps.
Hull was 1-under par thru 12 holes at the time of her collapse on the 4th tee.
She was also seen sitting on the edge of a fairway bunker on the 3rd hole.
Hull was immediately dealt with by medical staff and then put in a medical cart.
Daily Mail's Riath Al-Samarrai reports Hull's management team has confirmed "she is recovering well after fainting twice".

Hull, ranked 19th in the world, is still going in search of her first career major despite a number of close calls in recent seasons.
She has previously finished second at the AIG Women's Open, US Women's Open and the Chevron Championship.
Hull's best ever result at the Evian was a tie for third in 2022.
She has won twice on the LPGA and four times on the Ladies European Tour, with her last win coming in November 2024.
Ireland's Leona Maguire got off to a fast start at the Evian with a 65.
