Charlie Woods drives through green at par 4 but Team Woods well off PNC…

Charlie Woods hit one of the shots of the first round at the PNC Championship alongside his father Tiger Woods as he drove through the green at the par-4 13th that measured well over 300 yards.

Team Woods carded a solid 8-under 64 in the texas scramble format on Saturday, but it leaves them just outside the top 10 and seven strokes off the pace heading into the second and final round on Sunday afternoon.

That is because Matt Kuchar and his son Cameron scorched the turf at Ritz-Carlton GC in Orlando with a sizzling 15-under 57

They made 13 birdies and an eagle on the par-5 3rd.

Team Kuchar will take a three-stroke lead over Team Langer, Team Singh, Team Goosen and Team Duval.

Team Singh are the defending champions.

Team Kuchar are bidding to win the PNC Championship for the first time.

Samantha Woods, the daughter of Woods and brother of Charlie, was on the bag of Tiger in the first round.

Team Woods made four birdies on the outward nine at holes 3, 5, 7 and 9, before adding four more on the way home at 11, 13, 17 and 18.

Tiger hit a number of solid shots during the round, but the biggest reason to cheer for Woods fans was the fact he was striding the fairways without too much discomfort.

One of their birdies on the back nine came at the par-4 13th, a hole in which Charlie Woods drove through the green.

The hole measured 321 yards.

It led to the simplest of birdies.

Charlie also stripped a drive down the 5th and he hilariously waved goodbye to it!
