After 17 years in hibernation, one of golf’s most iconic exhibitions is roaring back to life on Black Friday as Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry, Xander Schauffele and Keegan Bradley clash.
Fleetwood and Lowry memorably helped Luke Donald's Europe defeat Bradley's USA, which comprised of Schauffele, by a scoreline of 15-13 at the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in September.
Schauffele perhaps has the advantage of the fourball in that he's a member of Panther National.
But Fleetwood, who won the FedEx Cup this season, starts a narrow betting favourite.
The revamped 2025 Skins Game got underway at 9 a.m. ET, and it's being streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
The first Skins Game took place in 1983.
A number of golf legends have competed in the event through the years, none bigger than Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
All the players are mic'd up to give fans deeper insight and to play along with the levels of banter.
Conditions are pretty difficult, with wind gusts up to 30mph.

Originally slated to compete, Justin Thomas withdrew earlier this month following a microdiscectomy, clearing the way for Lowry to join the lineup.
Before a single shot was struck, the spirit of the old Skins Game — the unfiltered banter, the personality clashes, the on-course laughter — was already simmering.
Lowry quipped that Bradley has paid him and Fleetwood not to bring up the Ryder Cup.
Schauffele, robbed of his carefully prepared material for Thomas, joked he may need to “ask ChatGPT” for new ammunition.
For Bradley, the event brings back childhood memories of watching Nicklaus, Trevino, Woods and Couples light up the early editions — the first time fans ever heard players mic’d up and trading jabs mid-round.
Each player starts with $1 million already on the board, and their totals rise or fall with every skin won or lost.

Fleetwood pours in a brilliant 12 footer for birdie on the par-4 4th.
It forced either Lowry or Bradley to convert their birdie attempts from 10 feet.
Lowry took the honour and once again buried the putt to force a tie.
The last time the first four holes were tied at The Skins Game was in 1995.

Bradley buried a 15 footer for birdie on the par-4 3rd, and looked like he was about to earn $225k and 3 skins.
But Lowry followed him in from 12 feet to force a tie.
Lowry walked off the green with a beaming smile and Ryder Cup jab.
"I've just spent the last couple of months breaking Keegan Bradley's heart," said Lowry, who memorably holed the winning putt at the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage in New York at the end of September.
"Keegan said I can give him whatever he wants," added Lowry during a walk on talk with Colt Knost down the 4th hole.
The winner of the 4th hole, if we get one, will take $300,000 and 4 skins.
