The Masters Final Round Tee Times as Rory McIlroy and Cameron Young lock horns at Augusta

Rory McIlroy saw a commanding six-shot lead evaporate during a turbulent third round at Augusta National, as a one-over-73 left him sharing the 54-hole lead with a resurgent Cameron Young.

McIlroy, who had looked in full control earlier in the week, was unable to maintain his momentum on Saturday, while Young surged into contention with a brilliant 65 to pull level at 11-under-par. The pair now head into Sunday’s final round as co-leaders and will go out in the last group.

Just one shot back sits Sam Burns, who produced a composed 68 to remain firmly in the hunt at 10-under. He will partner Shane Lowry in the penultimate pairing, with the Irishman continuing his impressive week after a record-breaking moment on Saturday when he holed a hole-in-one at the par-3 6th. Lowry also carded a 68 to sit two off the lead at 9-under.

Elsewhere on the leaderboard, Justin Rose and Jason Day remain in contention at 8-under-par and will go out together in the third-last group, still within striking distance heading into the final day.

World number one Scottie Scheffler produced fireworks on Saturday with a 65, joining Haotong Li at 7-under and just four shots off the lead. Scheffler remains in pursuit of a third Masters title in five years as he prepares for a final-round charge from the fourth-last pairing.
