In the third instalment of our new "VICE VS" golf ball video series, GolfMagic's Equipment Editor Alex Lodge throws the company's exciting new Pro Plus (in its eye-catching green colour) up against TaylorMade's leading golf balls on Tour in the TP5 and TP5x as played by Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson.

Check out our latest Vice Golf video below that was filmed at Gray's Golf, and if you've missed any of our series so far, you can catch up by watching the videos at the bottom of this article:

We love the customisation that you get with Vice Golf's latest ball lineup. You can include any logo you like, which is great.

In this test, we used its neon green version, and it impressed us a lot more than we first thought - we just probably wouldn't use that regularly during the winter season, simply down to the amount of leaves on the course right now.

We also love the alignment feature on the Vice Golf Pro Plus ball, especially when putting on the greens.

When it comes to TaylorMade's TP5 and TP5x, the dimple pattern is superb. The alignment lines are fairly normal, but the arrows are a matte grey. Not too loud, but if you want loud, then you can get involved with Rickie Fowler's TP5 pix ball. It's very much personal preference.

Watch the video above to learn more, as Alex goes into more details about both golf balls, and make sure you catch up with the rest of our "Vice Vs" video series below:
