Two-time PGA Tour winner Erik van Rooyen tapped out of the Wyndham Championship 10 minutes after play was suspended due to dangerous weather at Sedgefield Country Club.

Multiple PGA Tour winner Erik van Rooyen became the latest player to withdraw from the Wyndham Championship.
Van Rooyen, who started on the back nine, was 1-over par through 14 holes and 4-over overall when he decided to tap out with a back injury.
At the time, the South African was well outside the projected cut and his departure from the final event of the regular season was confirmed 10 minutes after play was suspended due to lightning at Sedgefield County Club.
Van Rooyen's withdrawal could have dramatic implications, given he is currently 68th in the FedEX Cup standings and only the top 70 at the conclusion of the Wyndham qualify for the first playoff event next week in Memphis.
The 35-year-old wasn't the only notable golfer to withdraw from the Wyndham Championship.
Mackenzie Hughes, Jhonattan Vegas and Wyndham Clark all withdrew before the tournament began on Thursday.
Nate Lashley and Kaito Onishi also pulled out after the first round, offering no explanation.
Play was suspended at 4.3pm local time on Friday due to dangerous weather.
When the horn blew, Cameron Young had opened up a one-shot lead over England's Aaron Rai.
Rai had only completed 13 holes whereas the American still had three holes left to complete his second round.
Mac Meissner and Sungjae Im got into the clubhouse on 12-under.
US Ryder Cup vice captain Gary Woodland, Sweden's Alex Noren and last week's winner Kurt Kitayama were also inside the top 10.
