Already this Open week, we've seen a spate of collaborations and releases celebrating the very best of British and Irish heritage, along with the way in which the two nations have shaped the look and feel of golf over the centuries.

Now, in a typically fashion-forward collaboration for the brand, FootJoy have once again teamed up with famed Scottish milling authority Harris Tweed on a shoe collaboration that honours one of the great traditions of the Celtic nations.

Now in its sixth year, the partnership between the two brands has become a much-anticipated release come Open week.

The collaboration the new Packard model from the updated FootJoy Premiere golf shoe as its canvas. The Premiere Series Harris Tweed Packard features a stripe of the Tweed material running down the midfoot.

While last year's collaboration was dressed in the traditional navy blue of Royal Portrush, this year a timeless herringbone pattern features in a dark grey-blue, inspired by the rolling landscapes of Britain's links courses.

As governed by The Harris Tweed Act, the fabric used in each shoe is still hand-woven in the Outer Hebrides using traditional methods, putting a little bit of true British manufacturing in every pair.

The rest of each shoe is finished in clean white leather, making for a truly traditional shoe that still packs all the modern tech we've come to expect from FootJoy's best shoes. Each pair also comes twinned with a bespoke Harris Tweed shoe bag.
