Now a Ryder Cup star and a six-time winner on the PGA Tour, at 37 years old Russell Henley is hitting a career peak at a stage many others would begin to wane.

Henley has entrenched himself firmly as one of the world's 10 best players over the last couple of years, his win at the 2025 Arnold Palmer stamping his ticket to represent the United States at Bethpage Black. After a solid start to 2026, including finishing in a career-best tie for third at The Masters, Henley has once again proven his championship-winning mettle, prevailing over Eric Cole in a playoff to win the 2026 Charles Schwab Challenge.

With the win, Henley becomes the highest-ranked player in Titleist's staff player team, claiming the trophy at Colonial Country Club with a full set of Titleist and Scotty Cameron clubs in the bag.

Read on as we take a deep dive into the American's full set-up.

Driver: Titleist TSi3

Henley has had an on-off relationship with Titleist's newer drivers, having used last year's GT3 model during his win at the Arnold Palmer invitational last year. He switched back into the older TSi3 shortly after, however, and has kept it in the bag ever since. His his fitted with a low launch, low-spin Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black shaft.

Fairway Woods: Titleist TS3, Titleist GTS3

Continuing Henley's penchant for mixing the old with the new, he also uses a relatively old Titleist TS3 3-wood, and up until very recently also used a 4-hybrid from the older TSi2 line. That changed this year, however, when he became the latest in a string of tour pros to switch his hybrid out for a more forgiving 7-wood, adopting a brand-new GTS3 with a Project X Denali Black shaft.

Irons: Titleist T-Series

Henley games a combination of old and new irons from Titleist's legendary line of forged clubs. The bulk of his set is made up of T100 blades released all the way back in 2019, however he also uses a 4-iron in the new T250 model for its combination of forgiveness off the tee and workability from the fairways.

Wedges: Titleist Vokey SM11

One area where Henley has been happy to move into the most recent titleist model is in his wedges, where he's switched out of his prior Vokey Design SM10 wedges and into a brand new set of SM11s. Like many pros, he uses four Vokeys, switching out his traditional pitching wedge for a 48-degree SM11 for spin and control when attacking the pins.

Putter: Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5 Tour Prototype

Most Titleist staffers game a Scotty Cameron putter for obvious reasons, and Henley is no exception. He favours the forgiving T-5 mallet shape, which has a slimmer profile for a more conventional top-down look.

While Henley's missed putt at the death at the Ryder Cup will go down in folklore, the Scotty proved its worth on Sunday at the 2026 Charles Schwab, as Henley scored three straight birdies to force a playoff (one he'd go on to win).
