Golfer hits the WORST first tee shot you will ever see...

First-tee nerves. Even the world's best golfers like Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods experience them from time to time.

Sadly for this young golfer teeing up in a tournament recently, those opening hole jitters very much got the best of him and his golf ball as he sent his tee shot backwards into a hedge. He then even had to play left-handed for his second shot from the hedge. Watch the embarrassing moment below...

Check out this helpful bit of advice to hit a dead straight drive every single time courtesy of Master professional Duncan Woolger with this cool "Through The Posts" video drill below...

"The 'Through The Posts' drill is a great drill to improve your accuracy with the driver," says Woolger.

"Take two posts and place them about three yards in front of you and about 50 centimetres apart. 

"Then take your normal setup and start the ball between the posts. Focusing on trying to get the ball between the posts helps you return the club face relatively square to the target, and also helps you get the ball out the middle of the club face.

"Starting the ball through the posts is a great way to improve accuracy and hit more fairways. 

"To make it a little harder, move the posts closer together. Good luck!"
