Crash Media Group is looking for a creative and knowledgeable junior social media executive to manage all channels for one of it’s brands, GolfMagic.com.
GolfMagic is one of the largest golf sites in the world and is going from strength to strength.
The role itself is varied, from content production to channel management, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for golf and a working knowledge of how to use social media for an online publication, with a specific focus on video content.
> Manage the output of GolfMagic’s video content across all social media channels
> Film, edit and publish video content across the brand’s social media channels
> Create image content for use across the brand’s social media channels
> Work with Social Media Manager & Content Team to build a content strategy for the brand across all platforms
> Schedule content across the brand’s social media channels
> Cover live sporting events on social media platforms, creating quick turnaround content
> Plan content for upcoming events alongside the Social Media Manager & Content Team
> Engage with social media users and respond to comments across all platforms
> Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
> The ability to film and edit video content is essential
> A keen interest in golf
> A working knowledge of social media channels (YouTube, Facebook & Instagram etc)
> Both video & image editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
> Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
> A creative thinker
> Able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative
> Flexible and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure
> Experience working with an online publication/ would be desirable, but not essential
The position is based in our office in Farringdon, London. Salary up to £25,000 for an exceptional candidate. Benefits include: pension, health insurance, laptop, bonus.
