Tiger Woods' victory in Japan takes Tour earnings over $120m
Tiger Woods has now earned over $120 million dollars on the PGA Tour after his victory at the ZOZO Championship.
Tiger Woods made it PGA Tour victory number 82 in Japan last week, winning the first ever ZOZO Championship. There was an exciting field in action at Accordia Golf Narashino CC, mainly due to the huge payouts available, plus there was no cut in the tournament meaning as long as you completed the full tournament, you were being paid (even last place took home over $16,000).

Woods took home the winning share of $1.755 million and even Hideki Matsuyama walked away with over a million for finishing in second place.
The victory for Woods was a special won, as he equalled Sam Snead's record of 82 PGA Tour wins, but it also meant he hit another financial landmark.
Woods is worth an absolute fortune and it is rumoured that 88% of his income is through endorsement deals that he has with multiple brands such as Nike.
His net worth is rumoured to be just under a billion dollars, making him one of the richest athletes on the planet, probably only behind Michael Jordan.
The 15-time major champion has now made over $120 million on the PGA Tour, which is $30 million more than Phil Mickelson who is second in the PGA Tour career earnings list.
