PING reveals Autumn/Winter 2015 collection

PING has complemented its popular Sensor technology with outdoor industry-proven fabrics in its technical 2015 Autumn/Winter apparel collection.

Within the Sensor Dry category, PING has partnered with Pertex, a brand whose performance fabric technology heritage and dedication to innovation and excellence has resulted in partnerships with the most prestigious brands in outdoor industry.

Tour Eye jacket

At the heart of the new collection, and incorporating Sensor Dry Technology with Pertex Shield+, is the new Tour Eye lightweight waterproof jacket.

The Tour Eye jacket represents the ultimate combination of guaranteed waterproof protection, exceptional breathability, and stretch properties for complete freedom of movement within the swing.

Developed by PING staff player and former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen, PING says the jacket is highly waterproof (20,000mm), breathable, extremely durable and resists abrasion in key areas such as the shoulders when carrying the golf bag.

A Pertex Shield+ three layer waterproof knitted fabric at the sleeves offers guaranteed waterproof protection and a strong stretch performance, ensuring complete freedom of movement during the swing.

It comes with a three-year waterproof guarantee and is available in both full and half zip models with matching waterproof trousers that hold the exact performance characteristics found in the jacket.

RRP: £200
Colours: Ash Marl/Black
Sizes: S-XXXL

Zero Gravity jacket

The ultra-lightweight Zero Gravity waterproof jacket is a further technical Sensor Dry innovation in PING's Autumn/Winter line.

Engineered with the golfer in mind, the garment is constructed from extremely lightweight Pertex Shield+ 2.5 layer fabric, which offers exceptional levels of stretch and breathability for complete freedom of movement through the swing.

Fully seam sealed throughout, the Zero Gravity is once again guaranteed by PING to be waterproof for three years.

Its lightweight structure and small pack size means it can be stored virtually unnoticed in the golf bag, freeing up valuable space.

PING is also launching an even lighter Zero Gravity vest model.

RRP: £150 (jacket), £120 (vest)
Colours: Petrol, Deep Sea Blue (jacket), Black (vest)
Sizes: S-XXXL

Benedict zip top

Utilising PING’s Sensor Warm technology is the new Benedict zip top.

Its key feature is a woven overlay to the front, body and shoulders that delivers thermal insulation in the body’s most exposed areas. This section also offers wind resistance and is elevated by a water resistant fabric finish.

The garment’s knitted sleeves hold stretch properties designed to minimise restriction and maximise potential for athleticism and flexibility through the golf swing.

The selected fabric mix of the knitted sleeves provides a lightweight, low-bulk performance, and it combines with the overlay to hold high levels of heat retention, stretch, breathability and water resistance.

RRP: £90
Colours: Deep Sea Blue/Black, Petrol
Sizes: S-XXXL

Lars polo shirt

The new Autumn/Winter collection of polo-shirts from PING is fronted by the technical, yet refined Lars design.

Engineered to play with Sensor Cool characteristics, the Lars polo shirt is crafted with a blend that includes the highest specification Pima cotton.

Knit for superior softness and with a tailored fit, the Lars polo shirt offers a number of superior performance benefits which includes high levels of breathability, permanent moisture moving technology and a crease resistant, quick-drying and UV protecting construction.

RRP: £55
Colours: Deep Lilac/White, Mulberry/Ash, Deep Sea Blue/White
