Incredibly, Poulter went round in 3-under par for his lowest score of the week...
Poulter finished in a tie for 51st on 3-over par, 21 strokes behind eventual winner Danny Willett.
Poulter will now team up with Tyrrell Hatton to represent England in the World Cup of Golf tournament in Australia this week.
