Dustin Johnson's preparations for the forthcoming Open Championship apparently includes backflipping into the ocean on a getaway with Paulina Gretzky.
At this point you'd expect Dustin Johnson's preparations for the forthcoming Open Championship at Royal Liverpool to be turned up a notch.
You might expect Johnson, who recently turned 39, to be getting himself familiar with some links golf ahead of the final major of the year at Hoylake.

Perhaps you wouldn't be surprised to see footage filter through on Instagram of DJ honing his skills on the range, dialling in that beautiful fade that we've become so accustomed to.
Well, we've got some news for you. He is doing nothing of the sort. At least, not yet.
Johnson, who is not in the field for the forthcoming Scottish Open, has decided to take a few days off from golf and relax.

His glamorous wife Paulina Gretzky, whom he shares two sons, posted some footage of their most recent excursion.
She shared images of their jaunt wearing a multicoloured bikini and filmed a short video of her husband doing a backflip into the ocean.

Johnson is a two-time major champion. He captured his first at the 2016 U.S. Open and added his second at the 2020 Masters, which reduced the golfer to an emotional wreck as he paid tribute to his team and Paulina.
The LIV Golf pro, who captains the all-American 4 Aces side, has struggled somewhat in the majors this year.
He posted a T-48 finish at Augusta National and followed that with a T-55 finish at the PGA Championship. Johnson posted a top-10 finish at the U.S. Open in June.
This year Johnson captured an individual LIV Golf title in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
At the time of writing, he has earned $7,194,916 in on-course earnings with the rival league in 2023.
So it's not like he can't afford these luxurious getaways with Paulina!
