Luke Donald took to Instagram to post a hilarious response to his name being announced wrongly on the first tee in round three of the Honda Classic on Saturday.

His home town of High Wycombe was also mispronounced, and the year he won the Honda Classic was wrong, too - WATCH what happened in the video below...

Donald captioned his post: "Other than pronouncing my hometown wrong, getting the year I won The Honda incorrect & getting my name wrong, the announcer nailed it!!! 2 back heading into Sunday & in a great position. Thanks for all the support out there, loving it #Honda #HighWhycombe #2006champ #CallmeRonald #0for3"

The former World No.1 went on to card weekend rounds of 71 and 72 to finish tied 11th, marking his best finish on the PGA Tour in just shy of 12 months since finishing tied ninth at the Valspar Championship.

Donald last won on the PGA Tour in 2012.

Sungjae Im clinched his maiden PGA Tour title by becoming the youngest ever winner of the Honda Classic at PGA National.

Im, 21, carded a superb 4-under 66 on a tricky final day of scoring to hold on for a one-stroke victory over Canada's Mackenzie Hughes on 6-under par.
