Cons
Possibly could be lighter in the future

The newest addition to the revolutionary CONNECT range - the compact Motocaddy M5 CONNECT - combines technology with portability.

M5 CONNECT, the world’s only compact-folding, GPS enabled electric trolley, features a completely new frame, wheel and battery design, combining to create an 11% smaller folded footprint than its nearest competitor.

Its GPS functionality comes from the free Motocaddy app and over 40,000 golf courses. The trolley pairs via Bluetooth to transfer the distance information to the digital screen on the handle.

The trolley glides effortlessly across the ground with hardly any noise and is extremely stable when using the Motocaddy EASILOCK™ system. We found the battery life to be superb even when charging our phone to use the app.

GM VERDICT:

The ultimate portable electric trolley featuring the most compact design we have seen in years.

The notifications on the digital screen feature is a real advantage when you don't want to keep pulling your phone out.

We loved the GPS functionality and found it to be extremely accurate.

Not cheap at £600, but it has absolutely everything you wish for in a premium electric trolley and more.

In terms of its compact design, ease of use and overall performance, the M5 CONNECT is the best electric trolley we've ever test driven.
