Memorial Tournament tee times 2026: R1 & R2 pairings at Muirfield Village

The PGA Tour heads to Muirfield Village for the annual Memorial Tournament hosted by 18-time major winner Jack Nicklaus. 

A field of 72 players will compete in Columbus, Ohio, chasing the $4m top prize and the chance to shake hands with the Golden Bear on the 18th green.

The stacked field is headlined by world number one Scottie Scheffler and Masters champion Rory McIlroy. 

Scheffler, 29, is attempting to become the first golfer since Steve Stricker in 2011 to win a PGA Tour event three times in a row. 

Stricker completed a hat-trick of wins at the John Deere Classic whilst Scheffler has been unbeatable here since 2024.

Last year, Scheffler won by four strokes to win for the third time in four starts and become the first player since Tiger Woods to successfully defend the Memorial title. 

Elsewhere, Cameron Young and Matthew Fitzpatrick are set to tee it up for the first time since the PGA Championship. 

The duo have been tremendous on the PGA Tour this season, notching a combined five wins. 

Tony Finau, Patrick Rodgers, Billy Horschel and Matt Kuchar received sponsor invites for the 2026 edition of the Memorial. 

And despite coming up short last week at the Charles Schwab Challenge, Eric Cole still managed to earn a spot in his first signature event of 2026 through the Aon Swing 5. 

Notable absentees this week include past champion, Viktor Hovland, and Collin Morikawa. 

Morikawa has been struggling with a back injury since March whilst Hovland did not provide a reason for his late withdrawal. 

The 2026 Memorial Tournament will get underway on Thursday at 7:45am ET (12:45 GMT).
