Report: Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump could be heading for wedding bells

Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump could be heading towards marriage, with the couple reportedly discussing their future together after a difficult year brought them closer than ever.

Golf legend Woods, 50, and former model Vanessa, 48, are said to be serious about taking their relationship to the next level, although an engagement does not appear to be imminent.

According to Page Six, an insider close to the couple revealed that marriage has already been discussed as they look ahead to the future.

"They're very serious about each other and absolutely see a future together," the source told the publication.

"Marriage is something they've talked about, but that doesn't mean a proposal is necessarily around the corner."

The latest update comes after Vanessa's breast cancer battle, which reportedly strengthened her relationship with Woods as the pair leaned on each other during an incredibly challenging period.

The insider claimed that facing difficult circumstances together had given them a greater understanding of their relationship.

"They've both been through a lot this past year and have really leaned on each other," the source added.

Vanessa is reportedly feeling "very safe and supported" with Woods, with the insider describing their relationship as "stronger than ever".

And it is not just the couple who appear to be getting along. Their respective families are also said to have developed a close bond.

Vanessa's daughter, Kai Trump, reportedly adores Woods, while Vanessa has formed a positive relationship with Woods' children, Samantha and Charlie. 

"Their families have blended really naturally," the source told Page Six.

The relationship has also been tested by health and personal challenges, with Vanessa recently announcing that she is finally cancer-free.

The former model revealed the positive news in a video shared on Kai's Instagram account, six months after her breast cancer diagnosis in April.

"And it came back clear, so I'm finally cancer-free," Vanessa said before sharing an emotional embrace with her daughter.

Woods is understood to have been hugely relieved by the news after standing by his partner throughout her treatment.

"He’s been by her side throughout everything and it's been an incredibly happy moment for both of them and their families," the insider revealed.

The support has gone both ways, too. Vanessa has remained close to Woods during his own difficult period, including the legal fallout from his March DUI arrest.

She accompanied the 15-time major champion to a Florida courthouse in September, where he accepted a plea deal after the DUI charge was reduced to reckless driving.

Woods first went public with his relationship with Vanessa in March 2025, sharing two photographs of the pair on X.

"Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!" he wrote at the time.

He also added: "We look forward to our journey through life together."

Now, with Vanessa having received the all-clear and the couple reportedly discussing marriage, their relationship appears to be entering a new chapter.

There is no confirmed engagement announcement, but if the latest claims are accurate, Woods and Vanessa are certainly thinking seriously about what comes next.
