Travelers Championship Round 1 and Round 2 Tee Times at TPC River Highlands

The PGA Tour's eighth and final Signature Event of the 2026 season gets underway on Thursday as the world's best players descend on TPC River Highlands for the Travelers Championship.

A $20 million purse is once again on offer in this week's 72-man tournament, with the winner set to pocket $3.6 million.

World number one Scottie Scheffler heads the field as the pre-tournament favourite.

The four-time major champion arrives in Connecticut looking to secure his second victory of the season and add to his Travelers Championship title from 2024.

Scheffler's latest start resulted in a tied-fourth finish at the U.S. Open, where he fell short in his bid to complete the career Grand Slam.

Wyndham Clark, who won his second U.S. Open title on Sunday, is one of a number of other star players in the field. 

The in-form American looks to win for a third time in his last five starts this summer. 

Other notables competing this week include Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Ludvig Åberg, Justin Thomas, Viktor Hovland and Tommy Fleetwood.

Defending champion Keegan Bradley also returns to a venue where he has enjoyed significant success. 

Bradley claimed the title in both 2023 and 2025 and will be aiming for a third Travelers Championship victory this week.

One notable absentee is Rory McIlroy. 

The six-time major champion and world number two has opted to skip the Travelers Championship, marking the third Signature Event he has missed this season.
