The 2026 Masters can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video, Augusta National have announced.

The latest evolution in the broadcasting arrangements for the first major of the year was confirmed in a statement issued by the Tournament committee.

Subscribers to Amazon Prime Video will be able to stream two hours of live golf during the first and second rounds in April next year.

The additional live coverage will not impact the existing arrangements with long-time host broadcasters, CBS Sports and ESPN.

CBS Sports will again have the prime-time coverage over the weekend of the Masters, with another streaming option available earlier on Saturday and Sunday via Paramount Plus.

ESPN will air the live coverage from 3pm until the close of play on Thursday and Friday.

The statement read: "Fred Ridley, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, announced today that Amazon Prime Video will debut as a domestic broadcaster of the Masters Tournament next April.

"Prime Video will complement the live Tournament coverage delivered annually by CBS Sports and ESPN."

Mr Ridley said: “Working alongside Amazon in this capacity is an exciting opportunity for the Masters Tournament and its fans.

“We are proud of our longstanding partnerships with CBS Sports and ESPN, who have set the highest standard for broadcast coverage of the Masters.

"The addition of Amazon will only further our abilities to expand and enhance how the Tournament is presented and enjoyed.”

Rory McIlroy will arrive at Augusta as defending champion for the first time following his historic playoff win over Justin Rose in the 2025 Masters.

The victory made McIlroy just the sixth player in golf history to achieve the career Grand Slam of major championship titles.
