Shots from the sand are tricky at the best of times and there are few worse experiences than approaching your ball and finding it in a footmark left by a previous visitor.
After playing your shot from a bunker, rake the sand with care to clear it of any footprints on marks made by your shot.
Rules recommend that the rake is left out of the bunker away from most intended lines towards the green. But it's equally acceptable to leave the rake in the bunker and ideally inline with the general line of play.
