ECCO

Street Retro

Ecco have really struggled to make shoes that appeal to the younger golfer, but they’ve made big strides in 2018. Agreed, there are some clangers still in the line-up, but these are pretty decent - apart from the cringeful name.

The Danish brand is renowned for its comfort and are unmatched in the area. They produce their own premium leather (this one’s made from yak), and it has been treated to offer supreme waterproof and breathable performance.

There are also 800 traction pads to keep you locked to the floor.

Price: £120

Cool Pro

The Cool is now available with SPYDR Grip in 2018, which offers incredible traction even in the wettest weather.

This golf shoe has an old school basketball feel to it, and the holes through the bottom, designed for comfort and breathability, add an extra dimension.

Again, these are made from world-class leather, and offer complete cover from the elements.

Price: £210
