Titleist unveils STUNNING new limited edition Scotty Cameron putter

The new Scotty Cameron Concept X 7.2 LTD putter is inspired by a Tour Only Model that's won on both the PGA and DP World Tours.

When it comes to limited edition blackout putters, few do it better than Scotty Cameron, and the new Concept X 7.2 LTD Putter that's set to be released on September 15 certainly lives up to the high bar the brand has set itself.

The putter combines the performance of the Scotty Cameron X 7 with a tour-inspired plumber neck, and has already seen success on Tour, with both Davis Riley and Todd Clements gaming the model to win on the PGA and DP World Tour, respectively.

Delivering the stability and alignment benefits of a mallet putter with the toe flow of a blade, the high-MOI design is precision milled in the U.S. and hand-painted with a Tour Black finish and cherry dot sight line to create a striking, stealthy aesthetic.

The Concept X 7.2 LTD delivers tour-proven alignment cues with its angular, winged shape, while its 303 stainless steel body and lightweight 6061 aircraft aluminium flange and sole combine for ideal weight distribution, stability and performance.

Discussing the new putter, Scotty Cameron said:

“The Concept X 7.2 LTD was inspired by the Phantom X 7.2, a Tour Only prototype we designed for professionals who want the best of both worlds – a putter that swings like a blade with the alignment benefit that comes from a plumbing neck, all with the stability of a mallet.”

The putter features Scotty Cameron's dual-milled face technology, which combines incredibly soft feel and extremely consistent performance across the face.

The model's new plumbing neck is based on the new I-beam style neck but has been redesigned in a new shape and weight to compliment the putter's refined high MOI mallet shape.

The three milled sight dots on the topline are accented in translucent red with machined metal perimeters, and they pair up with dual grey sight lines to frame the golf ball and provide rail-like alignment.

The Concept X 7.2 LTD putter features performance weighting with two customisable stainless steel sole weights and has a stepless steel shaft.

The putter comes fitted with a new Pistolero Plus grip, that's thicker in the top hand location and tapers down to a more refined profile for the low hand location. A matching Concept X LTD mid-round headcover accompanies any purchase, featuring thick black CONCEPT text and cherry red LTD detailing.

The new Scotty Cameron Concept X 7.2 LTD putter will be available worldwide through select Titleist authorised golf shops in a limited number beginning September 15, 2023.

The putter will be available to right-handed golfers in 33", 34" and 35" lengths, with a left-handed version available at 34”.
