Wilson Staff has revealed its C300 range of woods, featuring FLX Face Power Hole Technology for the first time.

The technology, which has been used in Wilson Staff’s irons in recent years, puts holes in the sole and crown of the C300 driver, and all the way around the head on the fairway and hybrid clubs to expand the sweet spot for more ball speeds across the face.

“Our research showed visible technology made a huge difference at the impact position on the irons and adding it into the C300 wood range provides golfers with added confidence at address, but with the added ability to create desired shots with maximum distance,” said Jon Pergande, Global Innovation Manager at Wilson Golf.

C300 driver - £349

Finished in a new Deep Matte Red, two power holes feature on the sole and crown spaced toward the heel and toe.

Wilson believe this increases face deflection and adds “seven yards”.

The holes work with the Reactive Face Technology for “greater balance” across the face.

Greens Means Go! Fast Fit Technology 3.0 allows for quick adjustments by eliminating the need to to remove the club from the shaft to change loft. A six-way hosel covers 8 to 14 degrees.

Multi-Fit Adjustability allows for a natural, draw or fade setting with three weight placings - two six-gram weights and one two-gram weight can be moved around.

The C300 driver is available with a Fujikura Speeder Pro 58 shaft (58 grams) and WilsonStaff classic Lamkin Crossline pattern.
