Glover, 39, told the media on Saturday afternoon at the Desert Classic how he wishes to draw "closure" to the long and emotional period for his family.

The 2009 US Open champion denied his wife is on probation or that she will undergo a mental health and substance abuse evaluation.

"There is no probation," said Glover, who admitted that he and his wife have since renewed their wedding vows.

"We did a lot of things on our own that we opted to do before the court ordered it. We did it together because we needed it."

The three-time PGA Tour winner also denied that his wife ever struck him, despite the initial arrest report stating he had sustained injuries from the family feud.

“I can now say she never hit me,” said Glover.

“I don’t know why it was reported that way. We had to stay quiet until the case was over and we felt strongly this would be the result. We had to take the high road and say nothing, which was difficult. There were a lot of things we wanted to straighten out in the report but we couldn’t.”

FAMILY FIASCO: LUCAS  GLOVER - "MY WIFE HAS GONE CRAZY"

Krista reportedly called her husband a "loser" and a "pussy" after he missed the Saturday cut at TPC Sawgrass last May, and then told him to "fire everyone" and "start winning otherwise she and the kids would leave him."

According to the arrest report, Glover told deputies that his wife began berating him for playing poorly at The Players, where he missed the secondary cut on Saturday. Glover also said Krista had been drinking throughout the day.

In the initial 911 call, Krista said she had been attacked by her mother-in-law, who had locked herself in her room. When asked how she was attacked, Glover's wife hung up and Glover answered when 911 called back.

Glover told the 911 operator that there was no need for a rescue squad to come to the rental house where they were staying, and when asked if the operator could speak with Krista he responded: “No, you cannot. She's in the house with my daughter. And when deputies get here, they need to talk to the male – that would be me – because these other two are out of their heads at the moment.”

He also told the 911 operator: “Well, [Krista is] going to lie to you. That's what I'm telling you. That's why I answered the phone. She's telling lies.”

According to the arrest report, both Glover and his mother had injuries.
