You want to get off to the best possible start and try to enjoy your round at Scotland's most iconic golf course, but sometimes it's simply not meant to be...

Nerves aside, it's not actually a very difficult tee shot on the first hole as the fairway is so wide, you'd have to do something pretty special to miss it. Well thanks to Twitter, we might have now seen the WORST first tee shot that St Andrews has ever seen...
